Ana Loiselle, President
With almost 10 years experience in new business start-ups and transformations, Ana Loiselle is a specialist in finding new sources of revenue and growth for companies of all sizes. She founded theSECRET Salon & Spa by Design in 2004 to help businesses flourish through creative —and powerful —new solutions, including brand development, strategic financial planning and employee training.
Ana's background includes a long career in the salon/spa industry as a product sales representative, educator, management consultant, and spa owner. Her leadership foresight was influential in making her former business, Anna Luis Salon & Day Spa a two time National award winner of Salon Today's Top 200 Fastest Growing Salons.
Ana holds both a license in cosmetology and aesthetics, and has studied under some of the most prominent skin care experts including Dr. Mark Lees and Rebeca James Gadberry. She has extensive knowledge of the global cosmetic industry and personally oversees every step of the production process from graphic design to chemical and cosmetic manufacturing.
Her experience is vast, and she speaks on topics related to new business start-ups, trends and private label strategies.
Larry Donahue, Vice-President & Corporate Counsel
Larry Donahue is a seasoned attorney who is an expert in contracts, negotiations and gift certificate law; and boasts over 19 years of business development and management consulting experience. His clients range from small startups to the Fortune 50.
Having managed and lead numerous businesses, including SpaBoom, FatCow Web Hosting, Baker Robbins & Company, and Leapnet, Inc., Larry brings strong management, financial and legal experience to the company and handles all aspects of production and quality assurance.
Larry also holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Enginering. He is licensed to practice law in the States of New Mexico and Illinois, and is a registered patent attorney. He as contributed to multiple Internet and spa focused publications. Larry also serves on the board of directors for the New Mexico Spa Association. Larry appeared on the New Mexico Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” in 2003 and 2004.
Rehana Khan-Brown, Graphic Designer
With over 16 years experience in Graphic Design, Rehana Khan-Brown has found a unique niche designing for the salon/spa industry. Rehana began her career in the print industry where her clients ranged from small hometown businesses to large corporations. Her design capabilities are extensive; ranging from basic business literature to logo design and concept development.
Rehana's vast knowledge of Graphic Design has also afforded her the opportunity to educate and train in-house graphic designers for several companies including Pioneer Sugar, Health Delivery, Inc. and the Saginaw County Mosquito Control. She has also lended her talents schools such at Kettering University and Michigan State University, as well as several non-profit organizations.
Combining efforts with President Ana Loiselle for over 10 years ago, Ana has passed on her passion for helping businesses grow and succeed to Rehana. Together they have forged a creative partnership for the salon/spa industry.
